Kwaku Baprui Asante has been confirmed dead by a family member on Monday morning.

He celebrated 93 years of life with a very good reputation.
He was born on March 1, 1924 and was the secretary of the first President of the republic of Ghana, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. He served as the principal Secretary at African Affairs secretariat also from the year 1960 – 1966.

K.B became Ghana’s Ambassador to Switzerland and the United Nations Offices in Geneva. He also was the Ambassador to Australia from the year 1967 – 1972.

Finally, he served as the Ambassador to Luxembourg, Belgium and the European Economic Community from 1976 – 1978.
