A 13 year-old boy (name withheld) lost his suitcase when he was traveling on a KLM flight number RNSAF70525 on the 25th June 2019 from Amsterdam to Rennes.

He stayed in France over a month without access to his luggage.

The matter was reported to the management of KLM yet they have failed to retrieve the luggage for him till now.

All attempts to get management of KLM to produce his luggage has proved unsuccessful.

KLM irresponsibly is now shifting the blame on Air France.

The boy might not be the only casualty. Other passengers of KLM may have suffered similar incidents.

We are calling on the management of KLM as a matter of urgency to produce the luggage.
