Miss Leticia Nyamekeh Ackah , who is in her early 20s use to school in one of the popular schools in the Ashanti regional capital , a school called Bekwai SDA senior high school is in dire need of financial support to enable her to undergo a surgery to remove a tumour from her brain.
She is in need of a total amount of $25,000 to undergo the surgery .

In 2016, the student dropped out from school when the tumour started blurring her vision and virtually made her blind. Although she looks physically fit , but her sight is completely gone.

She can neither read nor write and it is very difficult for her to move about.
In 2012, the lady lost her father and she is currently staying with her mother , called Doris Ampomsah , a petty trader at Nampansa, a suburb of bekwai , who also take care of five other children and her aged mother.

A medical report, signed by Dr Anthony lamina , a consultant surgeon at the komfo anokye teaching hospital (kath) in Kumasi, said the CT Sean conducted on Leticia showed ” a pineoblastoma with severe obstructive hydrocephalus and sings of increased intrackanid.
